Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. Please feel free to contact us with any problems or questions that you may have.
Our Guarantee
All bonsai, pre-bonsai, and other plants are guaranteed to be well established, healthy, true to name, and properly packaged for shipping. We will gladly replace any bonsai, pre-bonsai, and other plants; or refund the purchase price on all claims made within two weeks of shipping. However, due to the highly perishable nature of bonsai, pre-bonsai, and other plants, this gurantee does not extend to cover the customers failure to provide proper watering and growing conditions including but not limited to protection from heat or cold.
Claims/ Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for damages or delays after delivering your order to the shipping carrier. Claims for delays or damage due to the carrier must be made immediately to the carrier. Please keep all packaging and packing materials. Claims filed later than a few days after receipt may not be honored depending on the carrier's claims/ damaged shipments policy.
